Stolen violin, labelled 'Laurentius Storioni fecit Cremonae 17..'

April 8, 2010 10:38

I'm looking for help tracking down a violin and three bows, stolen on a train in Belgium on March 27, 2010. They were all in a brown oblong case.

VIOLIN: labelled "Laurentius Storioni fecit Cremonae 17.."

BOWS:

1. C.N. Bazin, no brand

2. branded "L. Panormo"

3. an unbranded German bow (ca. 1920, Markneukirchen, gold-mounted, ebony frog).

If you have any information, please contact David at davidperry_2@hotmail.com.

Here is a photo of the violin:

Thank you for your help.
