Who needs 5 minutes of fame? We just had 5 minutes of snow!

There is nothing about Paganini in this blog. Or Ysaye.

My daughter has had the flu for several days, so I stayed home today. She is liking the couch potato thing a little too much, so it's definitely time to go back to school. I enjoyed being a couch potato too, but I have to back at school, as my string students have Festival on March 12. If my charges can curb their behavior tendencies, we should do ok. Then, that afternoon, I have an interview for an elementary music position in a much smaller rural distict.

Symphony is next week. Again, we are short on rehearsals. Then a week later is a brief excursion into North Carolina to visit friends for spring break. That's being paid for by a couple church gigs and a rescheduled gig at Phillips arena. OK. Time to deal with a hysterical four year old.
