YouTube Musician Collab - 'K.K. Cruisin' - from Animal Crossing

April 8, 2020, 9:05 PM · I was lucky enough to be a part of a massive online collaboration video with several talented VGM musicians and YouTubers! This is a cover of "K.K. Cruisin'" from the Animal Crossing series by Nintendo.

The String Player Gamer ran the whole event and posted the video to his channel. Besides him playing his violin, the strings section of the video starts at [12:31] with plenty of great fiddlin' solos, though the whole video is definitely worth checking out! Hope you enjoy it as much as I did - writing and playing my solo was loads of fun! What a wonderful way to bring a community together through music.

The babble talk from the cartoon character almost had me swipe next, ok I get the humour. Then as each artist came up to show case their work, I was spell bound to watch to the end. Pulled the right emotional strings for me. A big thanks to all the musicians involved.
