CredoLast edited by Laurie Niles. When: Where: Credo is made unique among high-level summer programs because of its non-denominational Christian, faith-based perspective and its emphasis on community service, along with serious music training. Students ages 13 to 22, from 32 U.S. states and 4 foreign countries come together for 20 days to participate in chamber music and take private lessons. Because of Credo's success, in 2003, Credo Opus 1 was created for younger string players, ages 12 to 16. Among the violin staff at Credo is Stephen Clapp, dean of the Juilliard school.
