Fiddle Hell is a great weekend of workshops and jams for fiddlers, held in an old New England inn northwest of Boston from Friday, Nov 13 through Sunday, Nov 15, 2009. The website has details on logistics, schedule, common tune list, jamming guidelines, extra pre-Fiddle-Hell workshops, etc. Styles include New England, Irish, Scottish, Southern oldtime, bluegrass, swing, Scandinavian, Texas. Not for absolute beginners. Kids welcome.
