Program:
Not to be confused with ENCORE/CIM, Encore-Coda is a 57-year-old institution situated in Southwestern Maine and includes diverse types of music (including jazz and rock) and offers a large waterfront sports program. The 160 campers that attend Encore-Coda every year are split into six groups: Juniors (finishing grades 3 and 4), Middlers (finishing grades 5 and 6), Intermediates (finishing grades 7 and 8), Seniors (finishing grades 9, 10 and 11), CITS (finishing grades 10 and 11), and Conservatory (finishing grades 9-11). Campers participate in chamber music, orchestra, private lessons, and vocal groups. Sessions available to campers are for 3 1/2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 6 1/2 weeks.
