I also like that the tempo wasn't rushed. Modern musicians seem to play the old classics faster and faster leaving the listener no time to savor and enjoy the music.

Beautiful. As usual, I love your playing, Mr. Bell. What a fresh, unique, yet totally convincing style you bring to this piece! This is also some fine playing from the members of Saint Martin in the Fields. From what I have just heard, this will be the definitive recording of the Four Seasons for my taste. I look forward to your CD and I will purchase a copy the second it comes out :).
