Thank you very much for all your comments. I highly appreciate them. I use the Flesh's scales, and unfortunately I don't know the others, but in fact I don't mind the ones I use. There are some more of my more recent performances on youtube. I'll be grateful for all your constructive comments. Thank you in advance. Krzysztof

Very musical performance. Some of it was quite pitchy though, the key I think is to decipher more clearly the major and minor intervals then the ear will be pleased. I don't really agree with Adrian, Hrimaly Scale Studies is a much better book of exercises and scales. That is a scale study you will have fun studying. Good luck!

Your strength is in your sweep and your overall conception of this piece. This is NOT your typical competition take on a Caprice. This is a very well thought out interpretation and the playing is suitably bold and assertive. Dare i say, mature. Adrian is right, though. Upon closer inspection, there are quite a few notes played out of tune. They take what could be a GREAT performance and turn it into what is only a VERY GOOD performance. The musicianship is there! Only the technique needs fine tuning. You have the basic tools to become a fine, fine violinist. Good luck and i'll definitely keep an eye out for you! Peace!

I am sure you are aware of the intonation problems. It is not easy playing double stops. Scales, scales and scales again will do the trick. Start with one octave on one string (see Flesh scales) and work your way up to three octaves. I am sure you play scales already, but you have to give them much more importance than you do right now. Keep working!
