Question about staccato

Edited: January 3, 2018, 3:23 AM · Hello everyone!I have some difficulties with staccato in general.Currently,i am playing Polonaise D-major Wieniawski, and there is that one passage with 3rds in witch my staccato strugles. Also i try to do whole scales with staccato, but down-bow just sounds weak.Any advice for this kind of problem?
