Pre-Screening Recording

November 24, 2017, 1:52 PM · Hello! I am getting ready to make my pre-screening recording for IU. I have some questions.

What should I use to record?
Should I use an accompanist ?
Should I just have audio?

Any general advice would also be useful. Thanks!

When I had a student do a prescreening recording a few years ago, he played his concerto with accompaniiment and we used a high-quality digital video camera, recording in an acoustically excellent church sanctuary.
