Reconnecting with an old teacher?

November 12, 2017, 10:01 AM · I studeid with a strict teacher for about 5-6 years. I never practiced and from this I got a busted set up almost beyond fixing. I left my studies with her on a bad note. Once in college I became serious about practicing and almost fixed all of my setup issues. Now that I am dedicated to Violin and practicing, I see how much I f****d up for those 6 years. I now realize almost all of what she was trying to teach me, I was just stupid and didnt understand the importance of it. I want to reconnect and possibly get a lesson from my old teacher. Is this a good idea?
