Kreisler Praeludium and Allegro Recording

Violinists: Did Kreisler ever record himself playing Praeludium and Allegro?

I went to a recital tonight by Francis Fortier in Bar Harbor, ME, he mentioned that Kreisler himself had a memory slip when recording Praeludium and Allegro. I didn't realize that Kreisler had ever made a recording of the piece - does it really exist? After the recital, I talked to him and he told me to stop by the Bar Harbor Music Festival office sometime and he would dig up the old LP for me. However, I'm still a bit skeptical. Did Kreisler ever make this recording? If so, why is it so hard to find?

I'm not really sure, but when I was playing the Sicilian and Rigaduon to try to get a recording from the library of "Kreisler by Kreisler" (her own words), so maybe he did record himself. I think I remember a LP-made-CD at B&N a while ago of that, but I'm not really sure.
