Violin info

Instruments: Canadian Violin Co., Anyone know about these violins? Trying to sell.

I received a violin, but don't play, and can't find any info as to its worth to sell it. I was told it was a concert violin, but it could be a student for all I know. Does anyone know how I can find info on it? It has a label inside of CANADIAN VIOLIN CO, QUEBEC CITY, EST 1972. It looks brand new, and I can't find any info on that company. And help pointed in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks.
