From Carl Fulbrook
They did indeed both write a Carmen fantasy, and I believe there are others as well (Horowitz did one for the piano).Posted on February 5, 2004 at 06:50 PM Carl. From Kenny Choy
There is also one by Hubay for violin, one by Borne for flute, Busoni for piano, and other less known...

Hy!Posted on February 6, 2004 at 06:28 PM I've listened to Shaham play a combination of Sarasate, Franz Waxman and Jeno Hubay.By the way I have no idea who the last one is - hope any of you can help me with that.Have fun! :) From Emil Chudnovsky
Are you talking about the Barcham-Stevens? If so, the only recording I know of is the one the three of us made of that piece in concert (on the "Three Violinists in Concert" CD). If you're interested, it's available on Amazon, and I think violinist.com has a link to the CD on its CD reviews area.
