Posted on August 18, 2009 at 09:15 PM Actually, Mozart is killed every day by thousands of violinists and pianists. But, to be serious, strep is such a common malady today that we forget how lethal it really can be, especially when you don't have antibiotics. From Royce Faina

Posted on August 19, 2009 at 04:05 AM Another post-mortem diagnose that I've read says that he died of trychinosis (sp?) from a pork chop that he ate some 40 days or so prior to his death. He mentions having eaten a pork chop in one of his letters and apparently the symptoms are what one would expect from trychinosis. So many speculations. All one needs is to watch the movie "Amadeus" to find out what (who) really killed Mozart... Salieri!!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! From Bart Meijer
Posted on August 19, 2009 at 07:54 PM Strep fits the symptoms nicely. Before antibiotics those diseases were much more dangerous than they are now, and even now they can kill. |
