Posted on May 5, 2009 at 01:41 AM Emmanuel Borok is simply awesome. He played the Beethoven Concerto with the Meadows Symphony Orchestra when I was a student at SMU. Simply amazing. We played it at the Meyerson and it was truly an amazing experience. Of course, he also was one of my judges at juries every December and May. Pretty nerve wracking, though his comments were always well thought out and constructive. I enjoyed reading the article. Thanks Laurie.
