Amazing... and must have been so much fun!   When I was a teenager I went to acting school every summer (Emerson College - Boston) and we did something similar one year.  We got a permit to block off a street for 15 minutes - tons of fun :o)

This brings back so much memory! Back in the early 80s, the movie was dubed into Chinese in P.R.China but the song was still singing in English. I was in nursing school then and convinced a bunch of classmates to perform this on stage. Most of the audience didn’t understand a word of English but it was an instant hit!  Do Re Mi was my nick name for quite some time.
