He graduated in violin at the academy of music "A.Scontrino" of Trapani with full marks under the guide of Maestro Leopoldo Fichera.
He attended a European course at ”Ente Luglio Musicale Trapanese” to work as a conductor.
Under the guide of Maestro Giuseppe Gaccetta (the last descendant of Maestro Nicolò Paganini’s prestigious school), he developed his instrumental technique.
He got a recognition during the 2nd national exhibition for young musicians A. Mozzati Prize in duet Violin-Piano. He worked hard for “Orchestra Lirico-Sinfonico dall’Ente Luglio Musicale Trapanese” and for some of the best Italian chamber groups such as “Orchestra da camera Amodei”, “Orchestra d’archi Ensemble”, “Orchestra della Provincia di Trapani “, “I Virtuosi di Roma”, “Camerata di Torino”, “Lombardy Philharmonic Orchestra”, “Orchestra Haffner”.
He went on several tours, in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain. He founded “Elimo String Quartet” and he did many concerts as first violin. He was the President of the Orchestra of the province of Trapani, under Maestro Eliodoro Sollima’s guidance. He gave the first performances of the following Maestros: Antonio Fortunato, Eliodoro Sollima, Richard Faith, Marino Pessina.
He gained several experiences in lyrics, symphonic and chamber music, under the direction of some world-famous Maestros: Peter Maag, Anton Guadagno, Cristian Segaricci, Frank Cramer, Antonello Allemandi, Filippo Zigante, Nicola Samale, Marco Berdondini, Sergio Olivia, Roberto Tolomelli, Angelo Cavallaro, Janos Acs, Antonio Pirolli, David Charles Abell, Gert Meditz, Steven Mercurio, Fabio Maestri, Marcello Rota, Giulio Franzetti. At present he is conductor of “Orchestra d’Archi La Croma” and he also plays as a soloist.
In 2005 he founded Trio Gaudì together with clarinettist Alessio Terranova and pianist Silvia Nicola. Some composers such as Richard Faith, Marino Pessina, wrote for them some compositions.
Now he plays the violin “François Lupot” of 1778.
