G14BNew York, New York Phone: 212 995 0414 Arthur joined Violinist.com on Jul 25, 2003 Arthur Krieck has been teaching and performing as a violinist and violist in the New York City area for 35 years. A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, with additonal study at the Mannes College of Music and a graduate of the High School of Music and Art, his teachers of violin, viola and chamber music include Lillian Fuchs, Jorie Garrigue, Robert Gerle and Jerrold Rubenstein. A professional singer as well as a string player, performing as a soloist and ensemble singer, he is also Assistant Conductor of the Gregg Smith Singers, which in 2008 marks its 53rd year as a professional performing ensemble.
