Laura Yeh

I am a professional and teacher, though mostly a teacher these days. I have completed Suzuki teacher training up through book 10. I have a large studio (50+ students) and run a music school along with my husband in St. Louis. Our focus for the school is to provide students with teachers who have performance backgrounds so we can provide better instruction. I'm working on a book about the great violin players from the 19th and 20th centuries. Hopefully I'll get it published someday!
My musical hobbies include Baroque performance practice, fiddle music (especially Irish fiddle) and playing a folk instrument called the ocarina. I also enjoy learning about violinists from various time periods.
