I am a retired airline pilot with a long love of violin playing. Two major teachers have somehow put up with me in the past. I have to rank Dana Myers, with whom I am studying with now, as one of the best, right up there with Dorothy Delay and Kurt Sasmannshaus. In the 1970's I reformed the Stamford Symphony and brought it up to the second best orchestra in New England and am now fully engaged in helping the Town and Country Symphony in Missouri become a first class community orchestra. A few weeks ago the fools elected me President of the Board of Directors so I am now jumping in with both feet to really get this orchestra up to one h*** of a good group.
