He is the founder and leader of Ensemble Aevia and the inventor of the C-Clip® (see www.violinc-clip.com), an accessory to protect the violin.

Mr. Green brings a wide range of perspectives as well as over twenty years of experience to his performing and teaching. The key influences on Mr. Green's playing and teaching include Maestro Aaron Rosand, whose own roots lead directly back to Ysaye, Auer, and Sevcik; Miguel Negri, student of Yehudi Menuhin; the renowned teachers Zinaida Gilels and Magdalena Richter; and Rudolf Baumgartner and Gunars Larsens, conductor and concertmaster of the Festival Strings Lucerne in Switzerland. He also studied with George Neikrug, the preeminent exponent of the methods of the great D. C. Dounis; Masuko Ushioda, student of Joseph Szigeti; Clayton Haslop, student of Nathan Milstien, as well as Robert Rozek, student of Ivan Galamian; and Victor Romanul, student of Galamian and Jascha Heifetz; and Nancy Cirillo, student of Louis Persinger. Mr. Green attended the Nathan Milstein masterclasses in Zurich, the Aaron Rosand masterclasses in Nice, and the Clayton Haslop masterclass in Sedona. He is currently a student in Maestro Rosand's private studio.
