We offer world-class live music for the ceremony, reception, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners and cocktail hours.

DISCLAIMER: Jennifer Louie does not always perform for all of the weddings that she books. Based on her outstanding national artistic reputation, Jennifer hand-picks all of her musicians of equal musicianship, experience and reliability for her company's wedding performances.

We offer:

Groups: A String Quartet, Woodwind Quartet and Brass Quartet that can form into trios, duos and soloists based on client's needs and budget. Musicians in the group are subject to availability.

Musician Selection: Our musicians are the best in region working weekly in regional orchestras and weddings. Jennifer performs with orchestras on a national basis and has worked with every musician that she hires professionally. She will only hire those that she would want to perform at her own wedding ceremony and reception.

We offer standard classical (Canon in D) to Leroy Anderson, Celtic, Christmas, Gershwin, Jazz, Jewish, Pop, Cole Porter, Rags, Sacred, Spirituals, Tangos and Waltzes. Please note that some styles are available with only certain groups and that additional fees may apply if we do not own the music. Repertoire lists are available upon request. Please contact Jennifer if you want to check availability of a specific piece of music.

We offer music samples and you can contact us for them via email.

Outdoor wedding policy: We requires a covered area like a porch, covered balcony, gazebo or a tent (no trees) so that their is no instrument damage and an alternate site in case of inclement weather. We only accept requests for estimates that have an alternate site and a covered place for the musicians.

How do I know when to call Jennifer to book musicians for my wedding?

You should have your venues booked (contract/deposit paid) for the ceremony and reception and your wedding times finalized. If your wedding is outdoors you should have an inclement weather site. If your wedding is at a private residence, please contact us for more information for additional requirements. A phone consultation is required before a rate quote will be given.

Please note:

*We welcome referrals from friends, wedding party and others but the rate quote/estimate will only be given to the bride, groom and their parents only via email with confidential disclaimer.

*Wedding planners representing the bride and groom must be current members of a bridal association and a copy of their written contract must be given to us before a rate quote is given. A rate quote will be sent to email with confidential disclaimer.

*All information that you give us is subject to verification. We reserve the right to not give a rate quote if we are unavailable or if their is incomplete information. Please allow three business days to process your information. All weddings are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are limited availability. Reference and testimonials are available upon request.

*A written contract provided by us is required along with a 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve your event. The final payment is due two weeks (last business day of the week) before the wedding.

Included in the rate for the ceremony: 15 minutes of prelude, 45 minute ceremony and the number of musicians. This ceremony rate is the minimum regardless of how much music is performed. Parties and receptions is hourly. If you are booking both the ceremony/reception, we offer special packages. Please contact us for more details. Mileage and travel time up to 25 miles is covered in your rate quote. Any other request for services will result in additional charges.
