This is absolutely driving me insane. I read somewhere here, either in a blog or discussion on a book about a woman cellist, not very good, but someone got her into the pop world and she became famous. But she's always worried about about people finding out that she's not very good... can someone pls help me out and tell me the name of this book?

Maybe you were looking at the U.K. version. Here's an Amazon link. You can buy it used, for a penny. (As an aspiring novelist, I find there's something very depressing about that... Ah, so it goes.)

A penny for your thoughts, huh? I wonder how this novel ends. Does she get found out and die in the gutter? Does she she have a Rock and Roll Revelation and not care anymore if she gets found out? Terez, what's your professional opinion on how it ends?
