Erin Freundlooking for survey participantsPublished: Oct. 12, 2007 at 1:48 PMLast modified: Oct. 12, 2007 at 1:49 PM
Hello, my name is Erin and I am currently pursing a Master of Music Education degree at Shenandoah University. For my thesis, I have developed a survey entitled “Pizzicato vs. Arco: Beginning Methods of String Teachers” in which I would like to discover if one mode is more preferred over the other, as well as if there is a relation to how a string teacher was first taught to play and how he teaches. I would like to invite any current or former string teachers (of public school and/or private lessons) to follow the posted link to participate in my survey. I would like to get as many participants as possible to take this survey by November 21, 2007. Please e-mail me at efreund@su.edu if you have any questions or if you would like to receive the survey results upon its completion. Thank you.
