Brilliant - I love it!

So my last question... "Why do I hate prunes?"

...and I'm stumped; release - free at last! :j))

Sounds like a good exercise.
Never eat prunes before performing
unless you're playing the minute waltz.

I know that this is a bit late.... I really liked what you said about Fear & Love in the September blog. I have found comfort in these words, "There is no fear in Love, but perfect Love throws fear outside..." 1st.John, Chapter 4, verse 18. Judaeo-Christian Bible; New World Transalation of the Holy Scriptures, 1981.

Greeting,
Ray, your prunes are working too slowly. You gotta stop chewing iron bars for tips,
Cheers,

Buri,
Thanks for this. I'm tackling my nerves again, and this looks like a great exercise!

Cheers to THE PRUNE KING =D

All kidding aside it appears this exercise has some merit.
