Greetings, is the upchuck stain still in front of my old Alma Mater after a very rough 20th birthday party? Cheers, Buri

Hi Carlos . Great you still exists. Promoting rare violinconcerto's is like fighting windmills. I have never got a rare violinconcerto on the desk of an amateurorchestra. In an orchestra where I got the 1th celloconcerto of Vieuxtemps on the desk (only piece I ever got on a desk), they have now plans to play .....Bruch1. I made copies of the v.c. of Bruch 2,3, Schottish Fantasy and Goldmark and sent it to the conductor. I also gave him the orchestration of those violinconcerto's. Bruch2 and Schottish Fanatsy are in our amateurmusiclibrary. So it is cheaper to play it than hiring it somewhere else. I also know an violinist with Goldmark and Schottish fantasy on her repertoirelist. But I think they will play Bruch1. That would be my 5th!!!! time as amateur. 3 times as 2th violinist and than 2 times as 1th violinist. I begin to hate the piece. I think I will tear my score to pieces (if it is a copy) in front of the orchestra, because I don't want to play it for the 5th time in my life.
