Ya know, there are other violinists who are nominated for Grammys this year. On that stands out for me (relatively, of course) is Jeremy Cohen and Quartet San Francisco for best crossover album. Turtle Island was nominated also.

I just chose the one award category out of 110 that I thought was most relevant! There are 11 classical categories; if everyone is interested in voting on other categories just let me know, I can do a few more for next week!

I think James Ehnes' Barber Concerto is my favorite Barber recording at the moment. So I'm really glad he's up for a Grammy, as he should be!
