Thanks. I had to draw this one twice. I got the first one completely finished before my eyes were opened to a perspective flaw. :( It was just bad enough that I couldn't stand it at all, so I started over. I've never had to do that with a drawing after I'd already finished it, but I knew that any violinist would see right away if something wasn't quite right.
Right now, I'm learning a lot about colors and shapes and their musical application. It's neat--when I take a practice break between drawings, the music reminds me of art. As I play, I see contours and repetition, highlights and shadows, browns and blues... Lots of great ideas coming now.
