adorable.. I wonder if she actually dreamed that or made it up?
From Ray Randall Posted from 71.8.199.143 on May 18, 2007 at 5:26 PM (GMT)
Well, at least she has experience with a violin's "wolf" already and tried to deal with it. LOL

Hah! a 'wolf'!
I'm pretty sure she had the dream, the way she was recounting it!

I had a similar dream when I was young, but in my dream after hearing me the big bad wolf said he would leave me alone if I STOPPED playing.

“Did you ever get away from him?”
“NO!” she laughed.
I know the feeling.

It's great that she understands the power of the violin at such a young age.

Well, it's clear that the wolf didn't eat her, otherwise she wouldn't have come to the lesson. And, since she never got away from him, it's clear she's in no danger anymore and that music did it's job of "calming the wild beast."

You know what Laura.
I think, from what I've be reading here. the Bostom Symphony needs some help from your student.
But, ofcourse, that's a whole different world. And that will take care of itself.

I believe SHAR sells a wolf protector for about 7 bucks, or am I dreaming ?
From John Baker Posted from 71.246.85.40 on May 21, 2007 at 4:57 AM (GMT)
I wonder how much she would gotten if she put out her violin case! Maybe the wolf could have brought donors, then they could have split the take! Maybe as much as Josh Bell? :-)
