Wow! First the pigeons and now this. Alaska is clearly getting to you.

I'm thinking you need a tropical vacation for a while.

I didn't realize you meant "nightmare" literally and thought you were describing a real event until the very end. Emily, don't scare us like that!
From Karin Lin Posted from 66.88.135.150 on May 8, 2007 at 4:19 PM (GMT)
Oh, maybe I wouldn't have been confused if I'd read the part about the car being in your bedroom. *bonk*
From Emily Grossman Posted from 66.230.105.169 on May 8, 2007 at 6:05 PM (GMT)
Why? Doesn't everyone keep their car in their bedroom?
From Armand Allégre Posted from 75.8.233.59 on May 8, 2007 at 6:58 PM (GMT)
*Speaks sagely* We all keep our cars in our rooms, for there is no true rest from our lives.
Yes, I know, I failed the job application for writing fortune cookies, but I still try :(

Wow. On the coffee table.

We keep the car in the bedroom so it doesn't freeze up at night...
Wait, it's not that cold anymore. Sorry, Emily, just trying to help!

Did you make it back in time for the intermission?

How funny--I lost my shoes in Tokyo once while trying to make a flight for a competition!...
From Emily Grossman Posted from 66.230.105.169 on May 10, 2007 at 10:23 AM (GMT)
hmm, reminds me of when I left Bangkok with two right shoes. Don't let anyone trick you into buying two right shoes.
From Sarah Montoro Posted from 68.164.38.87 on May 11, 2007 at 2:06 AM (GMT)
no one tricked me but one time I bought two left shoes at an outlet mall...and I didn't realize it till I got home so I had to mail it back and then they mailed me one right and one left--(wow one right and one left..what a novel idea) ; )

Ha! I'm thinking now about how I kept two right shoes in my closet for the longest time. I don't know what I was expecting to happen. I certainly wasn't going to suddenly have corresponding feet one morning, and I didn't think the chances were good that I would someday buy two left shoes that matched. Now that I think about it, I don't know why I kept those two right shoes.
