Oh... Patricia!!! How awful. How traumatic! Colleen Russo, who posts here, shared with us a tornado story last year - apparently one flew right over their house and the neighborhood was trashed. I'm sure she can relate to what you're feeling right now.
I grew up in Kansas, so I can appreciate the tornado fear part, but never got hit the way you did.
