She nods her head slowly, as if pitying one who is sick. "There's no hope," she mutters to herself, as she clicks the azure middle link under the metronomist's post..."Yet I must comment to alert the rest of the world to the sad fact. I thought I had done a sufficient job, but I fear other unsuspecting victims will fall snare to her seemingly harmless gestures of 'practice', not noticing them to be an evil, vile trap, ready to spring on her unsuspecting victim. Thus I comment."

As she clicks the white button below the warning of the privacy policy, she feels herself being pulled into an invisible trap, and fears that when she awakes in the morning, she will be the next victim to this horrible disease...metronomism...

Ahhh yes. I used to have the same problem with my electronic tuner. It would go on and on about things like how things were so much better when it was just a chip in a piece of silicon's eye; how they don't make them like they used to, how that nice Mr Harding was such a good boy to his tuner it was no wonder he grew up to be a dead President not like some that could be named, etc, etc.

Eventually, I just took its battery out.

You call that hospitality? Why didn't you just spray him with mace?

Saturday, I thought of you when I was in a museum in Washington, DC and saw a man wearing a t-shirt that said "Sam's Klondike Diner, Soldotna, Alaska."

You must mean Sal's Klondike Diner. It's gotta be Sal's. There's only like two restaurants in this town. Don't believe their claim to the world's best cinnamon roll. They used to be.

Emily - you are correct. Typo on my part. What is the other restaurant?

The other restaurant is my favorite: Golden International (authentic Chinese cuisine).

Okay, there are a couple more not worth mentioning (like Taco Bell and McDonald's).
