Hahaha... I am a flute player and I TOTALLY AGREE with your comment about flutists. We are by far the bitchiest of any instrument, which is saying something.

ive had like mumps, sickness, pink eye everything you can imagine in one week!
all from my lovely sister.... There's a new flautist in my orchestra who's male and somewhat geeky-looking, but I think he's hot...maybe because any guy secure enough to play an instrument associated with dumb blondes is pretty neat. :)

My little sister plays the flute and I can't agree more with what you said.

The other day, I was notating my music and she was reading over my shoulder (SO annoying) and asks me was "mf" stood for.
"uh...maybe you should practice"
"no, practice doesn't start with 'f'"

She knew what it was too, and genuinely wanted to know what it stood for. She thought was some kind of sectret violin acronym. Everyone knows it's only a secret to the violas...kidding.

Come on, guys. Musician jokes are directed towards people who play viola, banjo, or accordion. The flutists/flautists I've known are very good musicians. Natasha, I hope you feel better soon.
