I certainly sympathize! We came home from our vacation to find that our children's room had flooded, as had our bathroom. Then, I left the car outside in one of the deluges and discovered several days later that in the trunk was a LAKE where the spare tire was supposed to be. Disgusting! Spent an hour bailing it out, draining, sopping up grody stuff...

Southern California is not a place meant for a foot of rain over just a few days!
