Although I have to personally disagree with this article - I exercise every day because it nicely balances out my excess mental struggles throughout the day. I need that endorphin kick after too much thinking (and I wake up thinking too much and it's pretty much downhill from there). Interesting perspective to read, tho - thanks for the link.

This morning I had to read my lab's Strategic Policy Plan for the next few years. I did so, carefully, and I slept through most of the afternoon.
