How awful! How did it happen? Can you beg, borrow, or steal some money to get it fixed? Rent one? Borrow one from a friend? I don't see how you can live without a violin. My deepest sympathy on your loss.

Well I was practicing my violin, and my mom kept bugging me to clean my room, so i put the violin down on my bed, and then i started cleaning (laying on my bed sorting stuff at the end). And then all the sudden it happened... it just fell and i screamed. I am just wondering, I have some money comming in hopfully from the altos (clarinets) I decided to sell to come up with money. But does anyone know what the cost is approx. to have a neck and scroll re carved... I am hoping less the $150. but Thank god the fingerboard is still fully intact! But i am just glad that nothing else broke on it.. btw how do i upload pics from my computer to my blog.... I have pictures of it :(.
